Tayo was in the consulting practice for nearly fourteen years providing advisory services for Nigeria’s leading and prominent public and private organisations. He has executed projects in nearly all tiers of Government. Notable among these is his involvement in the strategy redefinition project for the nation in 2010, which was christened Vision 2020:20. He also significantly contributed in an analyst capacity during the final stages of privatizing PHCN’s unbundled companies.
Tayo was similarly involved in consulting engagements for Heritage Banking Company, LAPO Microfinance Bank, Oceanic Bank, Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc, Promasidor Ltd, Unilever Plc, O’odua Plc among others. He was engaged for various capacity building efforts towards strategy implementation for First Bank of Nigeria, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, OVH Ltd, Oando Plc among many several others.
Tayo’s capacity spread between Strategy development at different tiers of an organization, Corporate Performance Management system design, Process Reengineering and Turnaround Management. He is an expert in the deployment of the Balanced Scorecard framework for implementing strategy and managing corporate performance. He has successfully deployed same for large organisations with thousands of employees.
He is currently the Group Head of Strategy and Corporate Planning for Fullrange Holdings Ltd, with about five companies under management. In the past, he was Head, Implementation & Design at Ashford & McGuire Consulting in Lagos.
He graduated from Ahmadu Bello University with a BSc degree in Physics in 2004 and has since undergone several capacity building courses in various areas of management.
