Rabbi is a Management Consultant with significant experience in Administration, Start-up Business Advisory, and HR Advisory Services. Her interests are in Corporate Governance, Business Improvement, Leadership, Change Management and Human Capacity Development.
She has a lot of exposure to business issues faced by a broad range of clients in various corporate industries and government agencies. Thus, she has gained extensive experience working in a number of engagements with Private and Public sector organizations.
Her ability to manage individuals has further enhanced her career in consulting, especially in the area of People and Change Management; and this has led to the successful design and coordination of several executive trainings/workshops, seminars and study tour programmes (locally & offshore) for top-level public officers in various Ministries, Departments and Agencies of the Federal Government of Nigeria among which are the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation, Federal Capital Territory Authority, Federal Ministry of Works, Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) ], Nigerian Content Development Management Board, etc.
Rabbi has successfully project managed and coordinated the design and set up of various business outfits including a Microfinance Bank, a corporate Bureau De Change, and a Laundry & Dry-cleaning Outfit.
She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), as well as the Centre for Management Development (CMD) in Nigeria. She is currently undergoing her training and certification programme at the); and wishes to continue to utilize to the fullest her potentials in an organization that offers challenges, opportunities and reward.
