Ganiu Abayomi is the Head of Internal Audit & Control at Fullrange Microfinance Bank Ltd, where he leads the Internal Audit team and oversees the achievements of operational efficiency, financial reliability and compliance with both internal and external policies and regulations.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Finance from University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. He is a professional membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and a member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MCIB).
Ganiu has over Nine years of work experience across different financial services industry covering areas such as Internal Audit, Financial control, Risk Management, Fraud investigation, Compliance and Internal control.
Prior to joining Fullrange Microfinance bank Ltd in the year 2022, Ganiu worked as the Head of Internal Control at Personal Trust Microfinance Bank Ltd. The position he held from May 2019 to February 2022. He started his banking career with Mutual Benefits Microfinance bank, then proceeded to Integrated trust and Investment Ltd.
