Oluwole Patrick-Akinnusi
Managing Director
A seasoned banking professional with over 10 years of experience in Business Development, Retail, SME and Consumer product development.
Mr. Oluwole, Patrick-Akinnusi is the Managing Director of Fullrange Microfinance Bank, a financial institution with over 10 years banking experience serving in different positions that include Business Development, Retail, SME and Consumer product development.
Prior to Fullrange MFB as the Managing Director, He worked for various banks including FCMB Plc, UBA Plc and was involved in strategy formulation and implementation, Budget preparation and implementation. He also worked with Access Bank Plc.
He is a keen adaptor of technology and modernity and is currently supervising two strategic support functions in the bank: Mobile Banking Solution, USSD Code, and Money Collector Solution. He also heads the Specialized Products and Investments group with their focus on Product development, Implementation of strategic Initiatives, Business Development as well as Investments & Investor relations.
Mr. Oluwole, Patrick-Akinnusi holds a BSc and MSc in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-iwoye, Ogun State. He's an Alumnus of Lagos Business School with a certificate in Senior Management Programme. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and also a certified microfinance banker.
Regina Oyawale
ED, Shared Services Fullrange Holding Company
A seasoned Consultant, Administrative Strategist, and Strategic Operations Manager with significant experience in Business Advisory and Project Management.
Regina is a seasoned Consultant, Administrative Strategist, and Strategic Operations Manager with significant experience in Business Advisory and Project Management. Skilled in optimizing processes, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing innovative strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
She is adept at identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and executing performance improvement initiatives that achieve measurable business results. She has over 10 years of exposure to business issues faced by a broad spectrum of clients in different corporate industries and government agencies, especially in the area of People and Change Management, Business Process Review and performance management system development.
Her practical understanding of business operations, having held several management positions including Chief Operating Officer, Programme Director, and Shared Services Director, has led to the articulation and implementation of a variety of organizational strategies and policies.
With a vast experience in Organizational Process & Design and strong academic background in Management, Regina has researched and project managed the set-up of various corporate bodies, SMEs/Business outfits in the service industry, including the banking and financial sector.
She has designed, facilitated and coordinated several executive trainings/workshops, seminars, benchmarking projects and study tour programmes (locally & offshore) for top-level public officers in various Ministries, Departments and Agencies of the Federal Government of Nigeria including the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation, Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA), Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Nigerian Content Development Management Board, amongst others.
Regina is a Doctoral candidate at the Rushford Business School, Switzerland, and an MBA graduate from the University of Chichester, UK. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Abuja and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011. She holds a Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Metropolitan School of Business Management, and has certifications in Management as an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.
She is an accredited trainer as certified by the Nigeria Centre for Management Development (NCMD), a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) – Nigeria, a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
Abayomi Ganiu
Chief Operating Officer

Abayomi Ganiu is the Chief Operating Officer at Fullrange Microfinance Bank Ltd, where he provides strategic leadership and oversees the bank's day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth. In his role, he drives operational excellence, fosters innovation, and ensures alignment with the bank's overall vision and regulatory standards.
Ganiu brings over eleven years of progressive experience in the financial services industry, spanning Internal Audit, Financial Control, Risk Management, Compliance, Fraud Investigation, and Internal Control. His strong background in governance and operational management enables him to build robust systems that promote financial stability and institutional integrity.
Before his appointment as Chief Operating Officer, Ganiu served as the Head of Internal Audit & Control at Fullrange Microfinance Bank, where he led initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency, financial reliability, and compliance with both internal and external regulations.
He began his career with Mutual Benefits Microfinance Bank, later joining Integrated Trust and Investment Ltd, and subsequently served as Head of Internal Control at Personal Trust Microfinance Bank Ltd between May 2019 and February 2022.
Ganiu holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Finance from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MCIB).
With his depth of experience and commitment to professional excellence, Ganiu continues to contribute to the advancement of Nigeria's microfinance sector through sound management practices and strategic operational leadership.
Ajayi Abiye Grace

With her keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Grace ensures that all branch activities run smoothly and efficiently. She oversees daily operations, manages staff performance, and implements strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Her leadership has been instrumental in maintaining high service standards across all Fullrange MFB branches, ensuring that customers receive the quality banking experience they deserve.
