Ajayi Abiye Grace, is the Branch Operations Manager, Fullrange Microfinance Bank Limited.
Grace has gathered 9 years of working experience in the Banking sector, both as a commercial and microfinance banker.
Prior to joining Fullrange MFB, she worked with Cornerstone Insurance Company as a
Marketing Team Lead for a year before joining Access Bank PLC where she worked as a
Teller for a period of 3 years.
Grace joined Fullrange Microfinance as a Marketing Officer in July 2017, as one of the
pioneer staff of the bank. She was later redeployed to Operations Department as
Customers Service Officer/Cash and Teller. Ajayi Grace, prior to her appointment as the
Acting Head of Operations, held the position of Cash Officer for a period of 3 years.
Grace holds an HND in Mass Communication from the Polytechnic Ibadan.
