Outlook Skype Plugin does not work with Skype at this time. If you need to chat with your contacts you must use the Skype.com skype.exe (or alternative program).

The OST-plugin now shows my Skype contacts as SkypeOut contacts. After clicking on SkypeOut contact I get a popup with my Skype contacts and their list of skype contacts.
It’s really cool but I don’t want that list of contacts (even if only one). I want to keep my old list of contacts and use the new popup only when I click on a Skype contact.
