You may want to add 3.0 because it’s a older version.

I don’t see why not. You might have to change some settings since some of the internal settings that make it work were updated in newer versions of Firefox.Q:

With Multi Web Search you can search more than one search engine at once and get different results. This search is available with more than 40 search engines in the free version, but you can change that on the extension options.Import of dopamine into the presynaptic terminals of the rat striatum: possible changes in sensitivity with in vitro chronic cocaine exposure.
It has been proposed that dopamine (DA) released by activation of the DA terminals within the striatum may mediate postsynaptic changes in synaptic responsiveness to DA stimulation through activation of DA autoreceptors. It was of interest to determine if the DA terminals within the striatum show altered responsiveness to DA stimulation following in vitro chronic cocaine exposure. To study the terminal responsiveness to DA stimulation after in vitro chronic cocaine exposure, concentrations of [3H]DA and DA in the superfusate were measured following K+-evoked release of [3H]DA from striatal synaptosomes. The K+-evoked release of [3H]DA was measured at 15 min intervals over a 50 min period following superfusion of synaptosomes with 50 mM K+ for 30 min. Following chronic in vitro cocaine exposure, K+-evoked release of [3H]DA in the striatum was significantly reduced when compared to the cocaine naive control group. The concentration of DA in the superfusate immediately following a 50 min superfusion with 50 mM K+ was not different between groups. It is concluded that the enhanced presynaptic release of DA following in vitro chronic cocaine exposure is attributable to an increased sensitivity to DA and that increased sensitivity to dopamine is evident even after in vitro chronic cocaine exposure.
