– f_Channels – This option should be set to 16 for a mono file with one 16-channel
atonal file per track. For multichannel performance you can choose 16 for all channels
for a 16-channel file, or select the target channel for each individual channel in a
32-channel file (in that case you should set it to 2 for the first and third channel
on a given track, 1 for the second and fourth, etc.).
Target channels range from 1 to 16.
– d_Channels – This option can be used to load additional channels from a Win32 MIDI file.
One 16-channel Win32 file contains all the channel information, plus a pointer
to the next 16-channel Win32 file.
Each Track entry should have two 16-channel Win32 files loaded, and an entry for each one
of these files.
To support the second file you need to declare the f_Channels option to be 2.
The second file also needs to be loaded to two entries: the first one
with d_Channels set to 1, and f_Channels set to 2, and the second with d_Channels set to 2.
You then set f_Channels on the first file to be 2, and d_Channels on the second file to be 1.
This can be done automatically for you by selecting Load Win32 MIDI File… and then selecting
the appropriate channels.

This module remaps the midi channel to a new channel on an ordinary sound module.
For a midi channel mapping, it can find the source midi channel number by the MIDI controller number of a midi channel and then the target channel number by the MIDI controller number of the target channel, and it is adjusted by the Midi_Controller_Mapper for the new target channel to generate a different new channel.
Each channel can be mapped onto different MIDI controller numbers.
